      Work Life Balance is Good, fixed shift timing, Hybrid - 2 days home and 3 days Office. Learnings are limited but if you want comfortable job with good compensation then this is for you.

      Cons

      For few teams, leaves and WFH policy should be more transparent.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
