Would not recommend working there. - Associate Mercer Employee Review

Unprofessional. Lots of fat to skim. Poor wages even though I know I was paid more than most. Some leaders are extremely petty. Most of the people I know there (over 70-80) are extremely dissatisfied and happy to collect wages. Most of also looking for other opportunities... which is their new full time job. Would not recommend the firm to anyone unless they got in at a high position. If so, you could probably stick around over there for ages.
