      Some great people on the ground wanting to do incredible things.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership and bully mentality. Just when you think it can't get worse, it does. Practice what you preach and take care of your employees and listen to them. They often know best because they are on the ground doing the work for the business, not in an ivory tower. Leadership is clueless most of the time.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
