      It's very challenging, but you learn a lot during the time that you are here. You are surrounded by very smart people who do want to see you succeed.

      You can end up working very long hours, and it can be hard to pass your exams quickly.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
