      Pros

      They embrace talent and work ethic. If you want to be promoted, it is a viable option. Even the "slackers" are good employees.

      Cons

      It is competitive. The hours can be long depending upon your role and ambitions. They balance out weak leaders w/strong players and visa versa. Smart for consistent performance, yet frustrating for some.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
