Pros
Flexibility to work from home for more senior employees, very smart & ambitious people to work with, good office amenities, good employer name to have on resume, exposure to lots of different types of work, good pay and benefits
Cons
Can be a sink or swim environment, highly competitive which is sometimes unhealthy, filled with strong type As who sometimes come across as extremely aggressive if you're not a strong type A, not as much leadership and guidance, company seems to always be changing senior management and goals which can make you feel lost and like a tiny fish in the sea
