      No work from home Good food and transportation

      Cons

      Lack of work opportunity. Unnecessary Night shifts for few teams. People in team are demotivated. Lack of trust on associates by Manager's. Lack of flexibility in working hours if you don't have any work you need to do trainings by your own. Medical policy doesn't include parents.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
