      - Good salary and benefits for graduates

      Cons

      - terrible atmosphere with signs of mobbing - bad workload in a team: some people spend 10-12 hours at work while other team members did completely nothing (because were Team Leader's friends) - the knowledge you gained there cant be used in any other company - relation slave/master

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
