Pros

-Great people for the most part. -Benefits were pretty good

Cons

-Raises all but stopped and bonus pool is constantly under-funded. -60+ Hours a week -No Salary grades -No Job descriptions -No Career management or directives at all -Constantly hiring outside the company and overpaying for average talent -Horrible system that is beyond being saved at this point -Keep hiring upper management that offers no real positives and then end up leaving after a few years with things worse then when they started -Constant rumors about being sold off or just dumped all together -Refusal to fire the employees who actually are terrible and do very little work or partnering

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
