      Everyone is fairly easy to get along with here.

      Cons

      Perm...employees are somewhat rude and unhelpful to those who are temps. Which there are alot of temps in our office. The hiring process was a mess. I had to track down my own acceptance letter. Why I had to do that I have no clue. Things just don't add up here at this office. My Supervisor doesn't speak with us except rarely. They have tons of rules which are good rules but, people don't follow them.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
