      They hire non CFA's to manage analysts that are working on MBA's because they have no financial accumen. Supervisors have no idea what a CFA is, and leave before 5 pm ever day as if they work in compliance.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
