Pros

Lots of scope to learn and move between different business lines. Flexible working is encouraged. Some great people. Benefit package is reasonable.

Cons

Pay and bonuses are badly behind market. No real link between performance and pay. Almost all rewards go to very senior management. Stay for a few years to get experience then move on.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
