      Pros

      Free coffee, additional 1/2 day of vacation before every paid holiday.

      Cons

      Bullying behavior from middle management, micromanaging and absolutely no training or onboarding. You are thrown into it on day 1 and expected to manage and mentor without knowing your staff. No raises so negotiate well during negotiations. Salary from former job is verified. Many have left due to raise freeze which is going on its 7th year. High turnover in marketplace and in management.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
