Unending criticism and dissatisfaction with employees on the part of management. Crushing hours. Bitchy, fussy male managers. Unrealistic continuous improvement and offshoring approach. Lack of system automation and maturity. Lack of project management and operational maturity. Fully manual processes on almost everything. Read: you and your team will fail because inefficiency and error are built in to Mercer management and processes. Unmaintainable and unsupported base system code. Continued failure of systems group to upgrade anything, ever. Lack of a vendor management team and contracts with vendor suppliers. I could go on and on....
