      Used to be an awesome place to work. Fun people, challenging and rewarding, great space. Was always proud of coworkers and clients.

      Corporate interference creating an unhappy uncomfortable unsuccessful place to work.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
