      Paid Training, nice facility, beautiful grounds.

      Cons

      They treat human beings as though they are disposable. Extremely high turnover creates an environment that is stressful and inhospitable. No one looks anyone in the eye. It's a sad place. People are not happy to be there.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
