      - Cab, food, gym facilities are good. - Good work life balance - If you find good team you will enjoy the work and good increments.

      Cons

      - Politics is something which increases where people have more free time, so is the case here. - Less projects. Old technology stack used. - People lack competitiveness. More focus is on just continuing their jobs and cribbing about company.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
