Not a great place to work - Associate Mercer Employee Review

Working at Mercer is intensive, siloed work for mediocre comp. Offboarding experience was beyond terrible. I wasn't fired, but that would have been preferable to how this company and my team managed my departure. I would explore all other options before starting employment at any MMC brand. If you do get hired at Mercer, build an exit plan on day 1.
