      employee development important on the paper, but reality looks a little different; a lot of politics; less and less people and money for more and more work

      Supportive local management, reasonable work/life balance.

      Cons

      No consideration for country-specific work procedures, cultures, etc. from headquarters in Germany. Excess headcount problems in Germany are being resolved by workforce reduction in the US and other global locations.
