Pros
Relatively small teams, centralized management for global branches, these provide possibilities to explore the whole IT related fields if you have enough energy and desire for both business and technical knowledge, of course for career growth. There are some really excellent stuffs/managers working here.
Cons
Politics everywhere. Some of the mid-level managers need to improve their ability for project management, technical experience, vendor management, team management skills, which cause the team to waste time/effort on pointless direction and lower the performance which it suppose to be. Some employees are not good, even bad in responsibility/skill/teamwork, but still remain in its position for long time.
