      If you're newly graduates or at your young age and you're not an engineer major, I suggest you not join a corp like Daimler, which will destroy your career.

      Supportive local management, reasonable work/life balance.

      Cons

      No consideration for country-specific work procedures, cultures, etc. from headquarters in Germany. Excess headcount problems in Germany are being resolved by workforce reduction in the US and other global locations.
