Hardly anyone is focused in the customer. 2) Too many internal meetings with people's competence is being judged by their ability to present PowperPoint charts that talk a good game but have no substance. 3) Product pipeline has been talked up heavily but there is hardly any new innovation 4) Too many layers of management slow down decisions.
