      Pros

      Wonderful people who are passionate about the mission statement. Good opportunties to move within the company to be continually challenged and grow in new directions. On-site training opportunities are endless. Both corporate and CRDM headquarters have on-site fitness facilities, cafeterias, coffee shops, banking, and minute clinics.

      Cons

      Big company bureaucracy slows things down. Upward mobility within business units is challenging, so moving between business units or divisions is necessary.

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
