Pros
Premier, industry leading, global company with hundreds of top-notch people. Great work atmosphere/environment. Very flexible work environment. Company has returned to its wheel house strength in innovating and not just acquiring technologies.
Cons
Slow moving and beaurocratic. Lots of intra-office politics to be played. CEO is not capable of motivating the rank and file and the executive leadership team is practically faceless. Medtronic is great at identifying and hiring the best and brightest, lacks the ability and know how to keep good people through proper leadership development, training, challenging assignments and professional growth.
