      Great future pay opportunities. A job as a Kyphon rep can be very lucrative an rewarding. Medtronic is a leader and pulls a lot of respect in the field.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
