      great pay (base + bonus + LTI) and benefits; easy & relax environment.

      Cons

      if you're a smart, hardworking White or Asian male good luck with any advancement opportunities. Never-ending layoff cyclical - however not a big deal if you're smart/hard-working person. Too much/many politician - personal interest over organization.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
