Awful horrible place to work - Anonymous employee Mecca Brands Employee Review

Depression inducing, anxiety causing, bullying filled and nepotistic place. I saw nine people in my last six months quit without jobs to go to. They would prefer unemployment than being subjected to the awful bullying laden culture of MECCA. People get promoted who don’t know what they are doing and constantly throw others under the bus and when any HR/bullying complaints are made the bullies seem to get protected. If you are thinking of working here make sure you are prepared for the worst culture I have ever experienced in 18 years of my corporate career. I saw people crying after leaving meetings and then resign due to the bullying.
