Cons
Amount of free product given can give the illusion that one is being paid well, pay is in line with a lot of other retail businesses. Company talks about and has charity for advancement of women but only provide average wage for their majority female employee cohort. Incongruous messages being sent. Difficult, uncommon for store level staff to negotiate pay rise.
