Pros
Close to my home which makes it convenient and a time and money saver, Good team discount, fun place to work, gratis is great when you do get it, good maternity leave and very lenient with leave and time off, this however does depend on your manager
Cons
Not the best pay, I could work in a day spa or admin role and be paid a higher rate. Team member discount is now capped and some brands at a lower percentage. as the company grows as a staff member I feel less valued and appreciated, It’s frustrating that they don’t offer sales to customers in the current cost of living crisis, it definitely gets old explaining to customers that we don’t do sales, especially during the tail end of the year
