Toxic Environment - Stay Away - Manager McCain Foods Employee Review

The culture changed drastically while I was there, what used to be collaborative, entrepreneurial became hierarchical and toxic. Senior leadership does not care at all for employees well-being or work-life balance. They preach family values, but don't practice them. It is very cut throat and most employees are just trying to survive. It is very fast paced and yet employees and some leaders are not empowered to make decisions. Some members of the senior leadership team are full-on bullies who get away with very bad behavior. Others are building their empires wanting employees to worship at their feet. Stark contrast to the company values and leadership principles.
