Not a great experience - Commercial Team Member McCain Foods Employee Review

Poor engagement amongst the team and no concern from management. People are over stretched and have poor work/life balance No career development or progression for existing employees. Dubious recruitment processes- recruitment of friends of managers Toxic culture in team and no one works well together or helps each other out. Team members discouraged from contributing and there are negative consequences if you do No trust in management Employees not recognised High turnover in some particular teams and issues don’t seem to be addressed Poor systems and procedures- everything is in excel.
