      Really they are so inconsequential to the cons

      Cons

      Antiquated leadership consisting of old white men. Zero diversity and if you don’t fit in you feel it. Stuck in the past and unable to move forward. Favouritism, politics and horrible culture. HR does nothing to help. One of the worst experiences of my life.

      - Toxic politics by supply chain senior leadership - Chaotic work environment driven by poor senior leadership - Annual restructuring, demotions and limited job security for new hires - Minimal to no on-boarding with continuously evolving processes
