      good salary, overtime is plentiful.. that if 48hrs a week isnt enough.. good people to work with. good pension scheme

      Cons

      training is a nightmare. trying to learn new skills in an enviroment where you cant hear yourself think is very hard. health and safety is also pretty low on the agenda..
