Terrible management that has no idea what they are doing. Abusive. Poor training procedures. Constantly changing procedures. Not give. The tools to do the job properly. Unsafe work practices. Pay is always incorrect & they try to make sure no one can access paystubs or talk to anyone in charge of correcting pay. Threatening by superiors. Targeting when anyone points out anything that could use improvement. Leaders follow you around if you ever speak out. Criminal.
