Pros
Pros? You get paid. minimum wage. If its you first job you'll have the pleasure of learning how it is in the real world and seeing how important it is to advance from your current state and seek better jobs out there with this experience. It is essential you know how to do the basics and is is a semi-good way to start. OR get you angry.
Cons
They dont work with you on hours, they dont monitor the conduct of the employees, they dont require english to be a necessary language even at the register. They don't teach you very well other than show you right on the spot without any regard to the customer whatsoever. If they were to take the time to make sure their employees werent monolingual and helped their new associates to adjust to the new enviroment this would be a different post.
