      Pros

      Stability, opportunities, some promotion from within, multiple locations, various roles, global, broad benefits and pension, 401k, various leaves. Multiple companies make up MMC. Stock is on the rebound

      Cons

      little bit of a boys club. benefits are expensive. clickish. need to have more diversity in senior roles. Very few women in top tier as well as minorities. Suffers from identity issues within corporate unit.
