Cons
Lots of snob-oriented status activities. A strong bias toward individuals' schooling, even after 30 years after graduation. Heaven help you if your creative idea is not considered to be a top priority. There is a great deal of politics and cronyism at senior levels, often undermining meaningful relationships and priorities.
