      Pros

      Became a fully licensed agent. Very hard to get fired from them.

      Cons

      Constantly saying one thing and doing a complete other. Worked for them for almost two years and left because I was tired of being lied to.The management is a reactive instead of proactive. They will promise people a lot and deliver none of it.

      Leadership needs training. You shouldn't have emotionally unstable people in leadership roles.
