Pros
Blue chip company. Really interesting projects. People within teams work well together helping each other out. Classy offices and canteen. Ability to work from home
Cons
UK management is good, but they have little power. Real power is from US and it is management by fear. Cost cutting CFO, so every year you need to do more for less. Indeed, my boss said that if you are not working 120% every day you are failing. Who can work 120% every day?! Too much work, no support and just shouting when you cannot do what is needed to do. Indeed when I left, they split my role up into two separate full time jobs, after telling me I wasn't doing my job properly, because I could not do what was asked of me.
