      Associates are encouraged to be guided by the five principles of the organization to make business decisions which can be very empowering. Nice people overall.

      Unstructured structure can be frustrating when trying to get answers and do not know where to go. Very relationship driven.

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
