Pros
Enjoy the people and culture especially the open office which as first was hesitant about. Provides further collaboration and mutality. Fun business working with confectionery category. Awesome benefits and competitive compensation. Adhere by their 5 principles and keep employees engaged with management frequently recognizes accomplishments and discussing career opportunities
Cons
Need more collaboration with Mars, Inc especially in confectionery category and we both battle for space, understanding more in regards to our cross functional career paths (Wrigley, Pet, Chocolate, Food, Drinks) which I know is being worked on currently.
