      Pros

      Frankly this is a great place for people with long-term vision for themselves. A lot of places and jobs to explore. The values and the people are amazing and I'm always at least neutral to come to the office.

      As I said it takes quite some time for changes to happen

      Mars Food pays extremely well.

      Turnover rate is extremely high, due to lack of training and micromanagement.
