      The pay and benefits and hotel discounts

      Cons

      Mindless work. Some of the worst coworkers I've ever encountered. Sociopaths who spend all their time on personal calls and then try to get people fired or otherwise push them out with bullying tactics. Lots of backstabbing and fake people. That and/or incompetence. Relations between departments aren't so great either.

      Not a ton of flexibility in the schedule but with advanced noticed things work out well.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
