      Great holiday days paid off, Vacation pay, training for improving yourself, nice team atmosphere to work in great associates to work with

      Cons

      very little room to grow with the company if your in restaurant management. They want you to give your knowledge away for little compensation.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
