Pros

There was significant downtime in between extremely busy periods where multitasking is absolutely necessary. Was a good job for students.

Cons

Low pay for expectations with little opportunity for advancement. Quality work went unrewarded, and mostly unnoticed. Job could be very stressful at times, as you bear the brunt of guests dissatisfaction.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
