      Pros

      The company has overall good benefits. Life insurance is included free of charge. Additionally the dental and vision plan is better than average.

      Cons

      Overtime was expected but as an hourly employee I expected to be compensated. Recognition of work done was almost non-existent.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
