      Pros

      Many people have been there 20+ years. New ownership is stepping up their game. Senior Management is starting to listen to employee ideas. Very friendly and supportive work environment. Great benefits. Supportive Senior Management. Ability to transfer if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not great, but is at or above average for the region. Due to longevity of staff, it is very difficult to get promoted.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
