      Health Atmosphere,Good employee benefits ,Senior Management very supportive ,Scope to learn a lot due to different departments,Working culture is very adaptable.

      Cons

      not a great place for a beginner in his career,limited scope to learn and work in different areas.do not encourage entry level talent.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
