      Pros

      Great hotel, great people. The cheap hotel rooms worldwide was by far the best incentive part of the job. I met several great people from around the world.

      Cons

      I orginally loved working for this place, however a few months into the posistion there was a change in management. Orginally we had several promotions and incentives for employees that gave us extra $$ on our paychecks.

      Great culture Lots of hotels to use your discount Lots of room for growth Free rooms for life with 25 years of service

      Cons

      Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service

      Pros

      Department is great! Hours are flexible with respect to workload. Career growth at the company is outstanding as long as you show dedication and commitment to the role.

      Cons

      "Full time" hourly employees face cuts during off seasons which makes the job posting information about full time hours unclear and is only addressed after the hiring process concludes during orientation and is not highlighted and often quickly discussed to stream light on the perks that do not calculate the negative impact on the factors left out after the fact.
