      The banquet pay pretty decent money and I like everything about this job.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work long hours and challenging for our legs. Longest hour in the Marriott for me ,was 18 hour/day.

      Great Benefits. You can see the company makes a real effort to take care of their employees.

      Cons

      The expectations of hours worked are very high. 50 hours a week is the minimum, the reality is you will be at the property a lot longer each day.
